INGREDIENTS:Wheat Flour, Sugar, Skimmed Cows' Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass (3.5%), Dried Barn Egg, Maltodextrin, Dried Glucose Syrup, Raising Agent:Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate; Anti-caking Agent:Calcium Phosphate; Cocoa Butter, Malted Wheat Flour, Emulsifier:Soya Lecithin; Flavouring.

Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Hob

Preparation: Shake the carton to loosen the mix and remove the cap. Add 300 ml of cold water - the water should be in line with the arrow at the window. Replace cap, ensuring it is on tightly. Turn the pack upside down and shake it for approximately 2 minutes until all the powder has been mixed in and there are no lumps. Pre-heat a 7" frying pan over a medium heat. Add a small amount of oil (around 1/2 teaspoon) - just enough to coat the pan. Cooking instructions: 1. Pour enough pancake batter into the pan to form a thin pancake (approx. 5 tablespoons), or using portion guide printed on side of carton. 2. Cook for 1-2 mins - then using a spatula gently loosen the pancake from the sides of the pan. The pancake will be ready to turn when the batter moves freely from the base of the pan. 3. Turn or flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 4. Repeat the stages 1-3 with the remaining batter.
